I love when advertising transcends mere marketing and becomes inspirational art. This most certainly qualifies.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I am so glad that I found your blog, and hope you'll drop by mine for a visit.

All the best,

Carmi

Some years back, when i was working in Turkey, we had a high profile group of managers from Volvo visiting us.

One of them asked me, what do you think of Gandhi? catching me by total surprise. When i started to talk about gandhiji & the English, the guy interrupted and asked - was he not a great communicator? more than anything else?

Stabanayi njan...I had till then never looked at Gandiji that way...A few months ago this ad came as a forward and I remembered that event, like I did when i saw the blog of yours...

Thanks for reminding us

I forgot to add - the man who asked me the question was an Italian - This ad is Italian too, Perhaps a coincidence?

Great ad and so true, too, the world might have been a very different place had the Mahatma been able to communicate his message of non-violence to more people!
